The date for my 8hr treadmill run in Esporta in Poole has been confirmed as the 6th March. I will be aiming to do the pace I hope to maintain for the 24hr run. The current idea is to start at about 11am which would obviously have me finishing at 7pm. If anyone is in the area or fancies a trip to Dorset please drop in see me as I attempt this. Friendly faces are always welcome.
